Considering the pedigree of those involved, the clear slice of pie is unlikely to go the way of Crystal Pepsi — Alinea is just too damn good at making food memorable and delicious. And besides, the novelty of biting into the see-through gelatin is worth the shocked reactions that’ll pour into your Instagram comments.
