do you like going to work? Me neither! See how I got around that and got paid too!
The Great Fast Food Debate rages on in every continent, in every country, in every state, in every city, in every home, always and forever. What is the best fast food restaurant? Is it In-N-Out? Is it Whataburger? Is it Shake Shack? Five Guys? Fatburger? Wendy’s? Taco Bell? KFC? Popeyes? Sonic? That local place down the street? Some people even prefer McDonald’s, but we don’t talk about those people.
It’s a topic that everyone argues over with a passion that cannot be understated, and Houston Rockets point guard Chris Paul jumped in the fray during his fan Q&A on Twitter Sunday night.
Bojangles?! I think Chris Paul is cheating a bit here, but I won’t knock him for it. It sounds like this fan was probably asking him about burgers considering the question prompt was “Whataburger or In N Out.” Regardless, Paul gave a very Winston-Salem, North Carolina answer. Bojangles. Of course, Chris Paul is from Winston-Salem, North Carolina, so this all adds up.
In the interest of full-disclosure, I’ve never had the luxury of eating at a Bojangles. I did, however, look at the menu, and they don’t even have burgers. That’s fine, but Chris Paul never actually answered this poor guys question. Comparing burgers to chicken is like comparing apples to oranges, so we’ll go ahead and assume Chris Paul is just a Bojangles guy through and through. You ask Chris Paul what he wants for breakfast? Bojangles. Lunch? Bojangles. Dinner? Bojangles.
Needless to say, if Chris Paul is that passionate about Bojangles, I’m going to have to go ahead and try it and report back. As far as the fast food debate goes, the correct answer is In-N-Out, for the record. I’m glad we could clear that up.
